Ordering

When you place an order, we enter into a purchase agreement at the prices and terms shown. Prices include 25% Danish VAT.

Payment

We accept payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay). The amount is charged when your order is roasted and shipped.

Delivery

We ship with GLS. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Complaints

The 24-month warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act covers defective packaging or wrongly delivered contents. Taste falls outside the act but is covered by our returns policy.
