Orders ship within 48 hours of roast whenever possible, with flat-rate shipping in the United States.

Unopened gear and accessories can be returned within 30 days. Coffee returns are handled case by case if something arrives damaged or incorrect.

For best flavor, brew coffee between 5 and 30 days after roast and store it sealed in a cool, dry place.

Whole bean is best for freshness, but you can choose a grind size for pour-over, drip, French press, or espresso-style brewing.
